Our Tiny Houses on Wheels

Small houses, wide range

Big ideas. Small wheel-based footprint.

At Tiny House Pro we design, build, and distribute premium tiny houses on wheels—moveable, removable, and ready for whatever you need them for. Whether it’s a peaceful garden escape, a space for guests, or a self-contained Airbnb setup, our tiny houses on wheels are designed to feel like a home from home the moment you step inside.

Unlike cabins or shed-come-offices, our homes are legally classified as moveable structures. That makes them flexible, often more straightforward to site, and a whole lot easier to justify than a bricks-and-mortar extension. If you’ve ever thought “I’d love more space, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle”, this might just be the solution you’ve been looking for.

Be part of a giant tiny movement.

Tiny houses have been big news for a while now—but this isn’t only about off-grid living in the woods. Our homes are designed with everyday comfort in mind: full-sized kitchens, real bathrooms, plenty of storage, and layouts that make the most of every square inch.

They feel light, modern, and easy to live with. And crucially, they’re ready to connect to the services you already have on your land—meaning no digging foundations, no long build time, and no unpredictable budget spirals.

Our homes are delivered with our own 4x4 or low-loader, positioned on concrete plinths, and connected to your utilities. From there, you’re good to go.

Made for people who want more space—but less stress.

Tiny houses on wheels are ideal if:

• You’re buying land or already have outdoor space
• You want to build an annexe or holiday rental without going through a full planning process
• You like the idea of a home office or studio that can move when you do
• You’re not quite ready for a renovation—or can’t justify the cost
• You want to add guest accommodation without touching the main house
• You need a space that’s smart, flexible, and ready to go when you are

We’ve seen our tiny houses used as weekend boltholes, multi-gen living solutions, Airbnb listings, creative studios, teen dens, private offices, and future-proofed downsizer pads.

The possibilities are wide open—and because they’re on wheels, they don’t have to be permanent.

What about planning permission?

It’s the number one question we’re asked. The answer? It depends.

Every council is different, but tiny houses on wheels often fall under a different category than permanent dwellings. Many customers have sited them under caravan legislation, while others have secured planning approval by demonstrating that the building is moveable and removable.

We can’t promise a blanket yes or no—but we’ll always talk you through your options clearly.

Will the house connect to my services?

Yes. All of our homes are supplied ready to connect to mains electricity, fresh water, and waste water. You’ll just need local trades to help set this up once the home is delivered (a bit like commissioning a static caravan or shepherd’s hut). We provide all the spec sheets and support you’ll need to do this confidently—or we'll arrange it for you.

If you’re planning to go off-grid, we can help with solar, compost toilets, and tank storage too.

Why choose wheels?

Moveable. Removable. Future-proofed.

A tiny house on wheels doesn’t need foundations, which means it can adapt as your life does. You can reposition it. Relocate it. Even sell it on. If your needs change, your space can too.

That flexibility makes it much easier to say yes. You’re not locked in. You're not building something that has to stay there forever. You’re simply adding a space that works for you—right now.
