Alex Savva, co-founder and CEO of Tiny House Pro, has spent over a decade building businesses and working with top-tier brands. Now, he’s on a mission to create the UK’s first tiny house village—an inspiring idea aimed at tackling the housing crisis with smart, affordable homes for all kinds of people.

Alex is all about win-win partnerships and helping others thrive. He believes success is best when it's shared—and long-term relationships matter more than quick wins. 

Outside of work, he’s a big football fan and loves spending time with his family and mates.

Simon Savva

Sales & Finance Director

Simon leads our Sales and Consultation team, bringing a deep background in home improvements and construction to the heart of Tiny House Pro. His practical experience has shaped many of the thoughtful design choices found throughout our homes, especially the clever use of space that our clients love.

He enjoys working closely with people to understand exactly what they want from their Tiny House, then guiding them toward a layout and style that truly fit their way of living. Simon takes pride in helping clients create something personal, functional and beautifully suited to their expectations.

Alongside his sales and design knowledge, Simon also oversees the full journey of every bespoke project. From the moment a Tiny House is ordered to the day it arrives on site, he ensures everything runs smoothly and that each client feels supported and informed throughout.

Customer satisfaction is at the core of Simon’s approach. He believes in clear communication, genuine care and delivering a finished home that people are proud to call their own.

Tia Vasileva

Designer And Planning Consultant

Tia is our Tiny House Designer and Planning Consultant, and one of the driving creative forces behind Tiny House Pro. With a degree in Urban Planning and several years of experience in small space design, she brings a thoughtful blend of creativity and technical skill to every project.

Her ability to translate ideas into beautifully designed, functional spaces sets her apart. Starting from our core model range, Tia works closely with each client to develop a fully bespoke Tiny House that reflects their needs, lifestyle and expectations. The level of care, detail and personal attention she brings to the design process is exceptional and truly unique within our industry.

Office based and central to our design team, Tia is not only talented but also a warm, welcoming presence who makes the entire experience enjoyable for clients. Many will recognise her from our website and media content, where she often features as the face of some of our models.

Tia’s passion for small space architecture and her commitment to delivering outstanding, personalised design make her an invaluable part of Tiny House Pro.

Noyenum Akinfenwa

Office Manager and PA to the CEO

Noyenum is the steady hand behind the scenes at Tiny House Pro, keeping the office running smoothly while providing dedicated support to the CEO. With a strong background in project coordination and logistical support, she brings structure, clarity and calm to the busiest of days.

Highly organised and naturally attentive to detail, Noyenum has a talent for anticipating what is needed before it is even asked for. Her approach helps the whole team work more effectively, creating an environment where everyone can focus and do their best work.

As one of the newest members of the team, she brings fresh energy and a warm, approachable presence that makes the office feel welcoming and relaxed. Her professionalism, problem-solving ability and positive attitude make her an important part of daily life at Tiny House Pro.

Louis Socratous

Social Media Manager

Louis leads social media and content at Tiny House Pro, with a clear focus on how the brand is presented and understood on a day to day basis. His work is centred around showing what Tiny House living really looks like in practice. Not just clean visuals, but spaces that feel usable, considered and relevant to how people actually live.

He has a strong background in building and growing digital platforms, but his approach is simple. Content needs to be clear, consistent and worth engaging with. He is closely involved in the full process, from planning and filming through to editing and final output, making sure everything reflects the quality of the product and the thinking behind it.

Louis is particularly focused on helping people properly understand what they are looking at. Whether it is the layout, the storage or the way a space functions day to day, his aim is to give a genuine sense of what living in a Tiny House would feel like before someone ever steps inside.

He takes pride in keeping things honest and well presented, avoiding overstatement and focusing instead on clarity and detail. For him, strong content is not about chasing attention, but about building trust over time and giving people the confidence to take the next step.

Dean White

Sales Team

Dean brings a strong background in property, construction and home improvements, making him an essential part of the Tiny House Pro team. His practical knowledge and sharp eye for detail help ensure every Tiny House reflects the quality and craftsmanship we stand for.

Although he still plays an active part in the sales process, Dean’s main focus is now operations and logistics. He manages the entire movement of our Tiny Houses, coordinating transport to exhibitions and client locations with precision and care. He also takes responsibility for looking after each home inside and out, keeping them in excellent condition for viewings and events.

Dean is always ready with practical guidance on layouts, finishes and the realities of tiny living. His passion for the lifestyle has grown so much that he plans to move into a Tiny House himself, bringing even more first-hand understanding to the customer journey.

Reliable, organised and genuinely enthusiastic, Dean makes sure every Tiny House is presented beautifully and arrives safely at its destination.

Nicola Formby

Sales Team

Nicola joined Tiny House Pro after discovering the company through her work in technology sales, where she supplied high-end hardware for our homes. The vision behind Tiny House Pro immediately resonated with her and, inspired by the idea of low-impact living, she decided to become part of the team herself.

Nicola brings a rich background in both home improvements and IT. She has previously overseen the design and delivery of German-manufactured kitchens installed in homes across the UK, giving her a strong understanding of layout, detail and quality. Alongside this, she spent many years in IT sales, managing enterprise applications and large-scale software projects for blue-chip companies. Her ability to guide complex projects from start to finish makes her a steady and reliable presence within the sales team.

She loves working closely with clients, helping them explore the possibilities of tiny living and shaping their ideas into something practical and personal. Nicola is a strong advocate for off-grid living and environmental projects, and she brings that passion into every conversation.

Outside of work, Nicola is usually found swimming in waterfalls, climbing hills with her chihuahua or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. A natural connector, she has an easy way with people and genuinely enjoys welcoming new customers into the Tiny House Pro community.

Micheal Wady

SALES TEAM

Michael brings a strong background in residential property and runs his own estate agency in the Liverpool area. His experience gives him a clear understanding of how people approach buying decisions, not just from a financial perspective, but from a lifestyle point of view.

His focus is always on the purchaser first. Taking the time to understand how someone wants to live, what they need from a space, and how that fits into their longer-term plans. This allows him to guide clients towards solutions that feel right in practice, not just on paper.

Through his work with Tiny House Pro, Michael helps clients see the wider opportunity. Whether it is making better use of existing land, creating additional income streams, or approaching property in a more flexible way, he brings a practical and informed perspective to every conversation.

He also works closely with clients who are investment-minded. With a strong understanding of property value and potential yield, Michael is able to highlight opportunities that others may overlook, giving entrepreneurs and buyers a clearer picture of what is possible.

Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in growing brands within competitive markets. From building demand to strengthening market presence, he understands what it takes not just to introduce a product, but to make it succeed. This experience allows him to contribute commercially, ensuring the business continues to move forward in a clear and sustainable way.

Her background in recruitment and leadership has developed a structured and consultative approach. She is skilled at asking the right questions, listening carefully, and supporting individuals through important decisions in a way that feels measured and well-informed. Combined with her retail sales experience, this enables her to deliver a customer journey that is professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive.

Chris is a true Tiny House enthusiast—especially when it comes to open-plan layouts. He plays a key role in shaping our design ethos, bringing great ideas and real-world customer feedback straight to the drawing board.

With a strong sales background and a natural affinity with people, Chris brings energy, creativity, and genuine passion to every conversation. Whether it's layout ideas or lifestyle upgrades, he makes the process feel exciting and straightforward.

Outside of work, he’s a sports fan, pop quiz whizz, and recently lived out a dream honeymoon—racing real-life Mario Karts through the streets of Tokyo!

Ben Rogers

Ben brings over a decade of hands-on experience living in compact spaces, making him a natural fit for the Tiny House movement. With a background in music, marketing, and advertising sales—not to mention a nomadic lifestyle—he knows exactly how to make small spaces work hard without compromising on comfort or creativity.

Ben's a people person through and through, combining professionalism with a relaxed, friendly approach that helps clients feel confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, Ben’s a certified fitness instructor, a keen cook, and the proud parent of fifty thriving houseplants.

Androulla Savva

Androulla plays a valued part in the Tiny House Pro sales team, supporting the business during exhibitions and key events whenever she is able to step away from her full-time work as a teacher. Her involvement brings a genuine family spirit to the company, reflecting the close-knit nature of Tiny House Pro and the shared passion that drives it.

With a strong personal interest in green and eco-conscious living, Androulla offers thoughtful insight into how Tiny Houses can be both comfortable and environmentally considerate. She has a natural ability to connect with people, and her calm, friendly manner helps visitors feel welcome and relaxed when exploring the homes on display.

Although she works with the team on an occasional basis, her contribution is meaningful. She enjoys being part of the family business, meeting new people and helping others discover the benefits of tiny living.
