• ELIGIBILITY
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of Tiny House Pro Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members include spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Only one free entry per person. Paid entries have no limit.
Employees, officers, and/or directors of Tiny House Pro Ltd are not eligible to enter.
Employees, officers, and/or directors of any third parties involved in administering the prize draw ("Prize Draw Partners"), and any contractors or partners prohibited by contract from participating, are also ineligible.
• HOW TO ENTER
This is a Question Prize Draw – all entries require a correct answer to a multiple-choice question in order to be eligible.
*All entries must include a valid, working email address and telephone number. Entries submitted with incomplete or invalid contact details will be deemed invalid.

Participants can purchase entries via the website or social media payment portal at the following prices (after correctly answering the multiple-choice question):
Paid entries can also be made in person at participating exhibitions and events where Tiny House Pro is present. Payment methods at these events will be clearly stated at the time of entry.
At any live event or exhibition, participants are encouraged to write a review in exchange for one free ticket or a recorded video review for five free tickets. Participants giving reviews accept and grant permission for the material to be used for marketing purposes by Tiny House Pro.
Free Entry Route:
To enter for free (after correctly answering the multiple-choice question), participants must either:
• PRIZE DETAILS
The prize is a new addition two-bedroom Tiny House that will be introduced to our range, including standard delivery within the UK. The winner will be one of the first to experience the stunning new model.
The prize does not include land, utility connections, or planning permissions.
No cash alternative is offered.
The winner must provide proof of valid insurance before taking ownership of the Tiny House, if required by law.
The winner must take delivery of the Tiny House at a location agreed by both parties and at a time reasonably requested by Tiny House Pro.
Delivery will be within 2 months of the draw.
• ENTRY DEADLINE & DRAW DATE
The prize draw will run across multiple exhibitions and events, with entries accepted both online and in person.
Entries close at 23:59 on 30th October 2025.
The winner will be drawn at random on the day after the draw closes, using an independently verified system.
• WINNER NOTIFICATION & ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the draw following verification processes.
The winner must confirm acceptance within 14 days, or a new winner will be drawn.
The winner’s name will be published on our website/social media to maintain transparency. The winner agrees to their surname and county being published as per regulatory requirements. If a winner objects to this, they must notify Tiny House Pro in writing, and their details will only be disclosed to regulatory authorities if required.
The winner will be invited to attend the exhibition for the prize announcement and handover. If they are unable to attend, they must notify Tiny House Pro in advance to arrange an alternative method of receiving their prize. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory, and the winner may nominate a representative to attend on their behalf.
• FAIRNESS & COMPLIANCE
The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
The free entry routes will be given equal prominence in all promotions.
This prize draw complies with the UK CAP Code and ASA regulations.
• DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.
Entrants may receive marketing communications from Tiny House Pro about products, offers, and future promotions but can opt out at any time. To opt out, entrants can use the unsubscribe link in emails or contact us directly.

• GENERAL CONDITIONS
Tiny House Pro reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw due to fraud, technical issues, regulatory changes, or unforeseen events beyond our control. If cancellation occurs before the closing date, all paid entrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their entry to the next available prize draw of equivalent value. If amendments are necessary, entrants will be notified and given the choice to withdraw with a refund. Tiny House Pro will not be liable for any additional costs or damages arising from cancellation or amendment.
If a minimum of 150,000 tickets are not sold by the closing date, Tiny House Pro Ltd reserves the right to extend the draw to the next scheduled draw date. Entrants will be notified, and all existing paid entries will remain valid. Any entrant who does not wish to participate in the extended draw may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
